Don’t worry! We never include any invoices/receipts or pricing information in with any of our items. Your invoice is available to download from the website by going to your account.

If you have entered your delivery address incorrectly please contact us as soon as possible.

If your item has not yet been dispatched please email us with your order number and correct address so we are able to change this on your parcel.

Unfortunately if your item has been dispatched we may not be able to make adjustments to the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible with the correct address and we will try to contact the carrier with regards to this. Please note once the item has left our warehouse we cannot guarantee the address can be changed and there maybe an additional charge imposed by the carrier for re-labelling.

We never include invoices with any of our gifts. If you would like to change your invoice address please send us a message through the contact us form or email with your order number and the correct address.

If your parcel is yet to be dispatched please get in touch with your order number and the message you would like to be included and we will add this to your gift.

Unfortunately if the item has left our warehouse we will be unable to add/update your message.

We hope you like the gift! If there is no personal message included with your gift or the personal message does not contain a name please contact us with an order number if possible and we will contact the sender and request permission to release their details to you.

Please note we cannot release any details about any of our customers without their permission.

That’s great, we would love to hear from you. Please contact us with the product/s you are interested in and quantity you are looking to order and an estimated delivery date you would like the items to arrive. We will then contact our suppliers and ensure we can get the stock for your order and send a quote and estimated lead time. We accept addresses for bulk orders in spreadsheet format.

We have different delivery options available to select at the checkout. If you have selected a chosen date delivery service there is a date picker at the checkout where you can select your delivery date. For orders requested to be sent ASAP we aim to send out all orders received before 2pm on working days.
